We have carefully selected a wide range of sake aged in various barrels to deepen the maturation, and layered delicate blends with the skills of a craftsman. The malt sake used in the blend is carefully selected and blended from super long-aged malt sake that is 21 years old or older. The grain base sake used was also carefully selected and blended with matured base sake that is 21 years old or older. You can enjoy the luxurious harmony of the original sake, made possible by the wide variety of Suntory's original sake.
The aroma is extremely fruity and luscious, with an aged flavor reminiscent of flowers. The mouthfeel is smooth, with the 21-year old wine's heavy body and graceful richness. It has a long, deep and lingering aftertaste.

For the malt base sake, malt base sake that is at least 30 years old is carefully selected from Suntory's treasured ultra-long maturation casks. This is then carefully blended with matured grain base sake that is at least 30 years old. Because there are only a small number of bottles available, the entire process is done by hand. It is the pinnacle of Suntory blended whiskey and is highly regarded by whiskey fans around the world as a luxurious jewel of beauty.
